Data and use
The form collects pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, preferred vehicle, your name and phone number and, if supplied, your email address and flight or luggage details. We use this information to respond to your request, check availability and arrange your journey.
Sharing and retention
Your request is sent to the booking team by email. The information is accessible to the people handling your request and organising your journey. It is retained for as long as necessary for these purposes and, when a journey takes place, according to applicable obligations.
Your rights
You may contact the booking team to request access to, correction or erasure of your data, as well as restriction or portability where these rights apply. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
