Request and confirmation
The form sends a journey request. It does not automatically confirm a booking. The booking team confirms availability, location, time, vehicle and fare before the journey.
Vehicle and luggage
Provide the exact passenger count and luggage details. The requested vehicle is subject to availability and sufficient capacity for the group and luggage.
Fares and payment
Displayed fares are starting prices. The exact fare depends on factors including the route and chosen vehicle and is confirmed before the journey. No payment is requested through the form. The confirmed fare remains fixed unless the customer requests a change. Have the return fare and advertised discount confirmed together with the outward journey.
Changes, cancellation and contact
